Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers.
- Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and generating revenue for the company.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer success.
- Managing and resolving customer issues and complaints promptly.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their accounts and any relevant company news or product updates.
- Analyzing sales data and creating reports to present to management.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products or services.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Minimum of HND
Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 70,000
Commission: NGN 30,000 when target is met
Note: This is a contract (field) role, with the possibility of renewal, or upgrade to full staff with working hours, 8 AM to 5 PM, Mondays to Saturdays.
You're expected in only on Mondays or when needed.
