Sales Executive

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solution
• Negotiate deals and close sales with clients, ensuring that targets are met within set deadlines.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and procedures to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients.
• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities in the travel, migration, or related industries.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications and documentation.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, follow up with clients, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance and opportunities for growth.
• Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand the customer base and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum Five (5) years experience in Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  
• Experience in the travel, migration, or related industry
• Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures
• Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
• Communication skills and Customer Relationship Management
• Computer Literacy and Bachelor's degree

Remuneration: NGN 200,000

Commission: NGN 500,000
