This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at GMT Migration Services Limited in Lekki. The Sales Executive will generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with potential clients. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solution
- Negotiate deals and close sales with clients, ensuring that targets are met within set deadlines.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and procedures to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients.
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities in the travel, migration, or related industries.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications and documentation.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, follow up with clients, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance and opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand the customer base and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum Five (5) years experience in Sales and Negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Experience in the travel, migration, or related industry
- Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures
- Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
- Communication skills and Customer Relationship Management
- Computer Literacy and Bachelor's degree
Remuneration: NGN 200,000
Commission: NGN 500,000
