Marketer/Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Property Promotion: Present and promote properties to potential buyers. Conduct property tours and highlight features and benefits of the properties.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close deals. Ensure that all sales transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client needs.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Report sales progress and results to the Sales Manager regularly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the real estate market.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales.
• HND academic qualification.
• Good communication skills.
• Great persuasion skills.
