Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers to understand needs and recommend products.
- Provide detailed product information and ensure excellent service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty.
- Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales operations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree/HND/Master's Degree/NCE/OND qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in the Retail industry, ideally in Marketing or Sales Operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have a good work ethic.
- Have a car (Priority but not Compulsory)
- Must reside in Lagos
