Direct Sales Executive
Job summary
We are looking for high-performing and motivated individuals to drive sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, closing sales, and consistently meeting targets while delivering excellent customer experience. The role is open to candidates in LAGOS and KANO states.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Approach potential customers and introduce company products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and meetings.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Develop strategies to increase sales performance and market share.
- Draft and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
- A minimum of an OND in any relevant field
- At least 1 year of work experience (sales experience is an advantage)
