Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate loan and lease transactions for the company
- Underwrite credit/credit proposals
- Market all company products in risk asset
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely processing of financial products
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
- Ensure compliance with risk management protocols
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or numerate discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in a financial institution (preferred)
- Strong understanding of personal and business loan products
- Proven credit analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity, resilience, and tenacity
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards
- Strategic thinking ability to identify opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
