Job Description: B2B Sales Executive - Zain Garment Factory

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Full time || On-site)


Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing leads, and closing sales within the corporate, school, and institutional markets. This position is key to expanding our market presence and generating sustainable revenue for Zain Garment Factory.


Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:


Identify and target new business opportunities with schools, institutions, and corporate clients.


Develop strategies to approach potential clients and introduce Zain Garment Factory’s products and services.


Build a strong pipeline by continuously prospecting for new leads and contacts.


Sales Presentations & Proposals:


Develop tailored proposals and quotations for prospective clients based on their specific needs.


Conduct sales presentations and meetings to close deals, ensuring that the benefits of Zain Garment Factory’s products are effectively communicated.

Client Relationship Management:


Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.


Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing after-sales support.


Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for additional business.


Lead Generation & Prospecting:


Generate 5-10 new leads per week through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.


Qualify leads to assess their potential and ensure a targeted approach for sales outreach.


Negotiation & Closing Deals:


Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients while ensuring profitability for the business.


Close a minimum of 1-2 new clients per week by aligning client needs with Zain Garment Factory’s offerings.


Sales Reporting & Tracking:


Track weekly sales activities and maintain up-to-date records of all leads, proposals, and client interactions using the CRM system.


Provide weekly reports on sales progress, revenue generated, and upcoming opportunities.


Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups on leads and negotiations.


Collaboration:


Work closely with the Production and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.


Collaborate with the Marketing team to align on promotional campaigns and market positioning.


Target Achievement:


Meet weekly sales targets, including the number of new clients, revenue generated, proposals sent, and meetings conducted.


Strive to achieve a conversion rate of 15-20% leads to closed deals.


Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.


Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.


Proven track record of new business acquisition and sales performance.


Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.


Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and meet sales targets.


Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.


Excellent communication and presentation skills.
