Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a database of clients and prospects.
- Conduct property site inspections and house tours.
- Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Implement effective property marketing strategies.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals to potential clients.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends and best practices.
- Expand personal and professional networks to tap into industry opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate sector and market trends.
- Proven track record of successful high-value sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret social cues and engage clients effectively.
- Proficient in value-based selling techniques.
