Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role focuses on lead generation and conversion, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate must be hard-working, knowledgeable, and target-oriented with an extensive successful sales record.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales by advertising our brand, new products, tour packages and establishing relationships with existing prospects as well as new potential customers to obtain their constant patronage.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, promotions and social media, propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
  • Monitoring and management of all existing and new accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, including debt recovery/collection or credit collection.
  • Business Development Activities; assist in proposal writing and reviews, pitch writing and reviews, and provide consistent client engagement and client management across new and existing client portfolios.
  • Attend various trade shows, seminars, and conferences to promote the Organization and its products.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Responsible for closing new business deals by communicating with current prospects, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
  • Excellent customer service satisfaction at all times
  • Provide feedback on existing products to Sales & Marketing heads for future modifications and enhancements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Master’s degree in relevant Discipline Related Travel and Tourism Certifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive in the travel or banking industry.
  • Proficiency in sales, travel insurance , and online booking systems
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
  • High-level communication and networking skills
  • A passion for sales.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
