Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and pursue sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to promote long-term business growth.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate product or service solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers to highlight features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to secure sales and close deals effectively.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by consistently identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including client feedback and sales forecasts, to management.
  • Participate in team meetings, sales training, and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to travel and meet clients when necessary.
