Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate and pursue sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to promote long-term business growth.
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate product or service solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers to highlight features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to secure sales and close deals effectively.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by consistently identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to travel and meet clients when necessary.
