Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly follow up with clients to assess their needs and provide additional value.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Provide clients with accurate information and demonstrations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed and processed accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and sales.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to share insights and feedback.
- Monitor personal sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales or a related role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
