- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and open houses to showcase properties and network with potential clients.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, property values, and industry developments.
- Provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information about the real estate market.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid real estate license (preferred but not mandatory).
