Job Summary
This is a full-time role as a sales executive at Sylvastar Residences in Abuja. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Sylvastar Residences Estate lands/properties, providing advisory services, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective clients to generate sales leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay updated on real estate market trends.
- Present and promote products and services to existing and potential clients in the real estate industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within set deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing property features and benefits.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Requirements:
