Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through direct outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Present and promote real estate properties and services to prospective buyers and investors.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property options that align with their needs and budgets.
- Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and manage all sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and payment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
- Execute campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.
- Participate in company events, property tours, and exhibitions to showcase properties and attract clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the real estate industry but not compulsory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Staying on the mainland and its environs preferably Ago/Okota, Festac, Mile 2, Iyanaoba side
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an advantage.
- Telemarketing experience and computer savvy
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
