Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. who will manage outbound calls, inquiries, lead generation, client engagement, and deal negotiation. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients, presenting company products and services effectively.
  • Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through lead generation activities.
  • Craft personalized, professional email communications to engage prospects and follow up on leads.
  • Identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
