Role Description

  1. Seasoned professional with strong healthcare sales experience, preferably someone familiar with the African and Nigerian healthcare landscape.
  2. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Lead at CareValue Health in Lagos.
  3. The Sales Lead will be responsible for daily sales activities, customer service, training sales teams, and sales management to drive business growth and improve accessibility to top-tier medical care.
  4. Develop and execute a robust sales strategy focusing on both Nigerian and diaspora communities.
  5. Drive partnerships with healthcare providers, local businesses, and community organizations etc.
  6. Work with the business developer to identify opportunities for new service lines and markets.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Training skills
  • Experience in healthcare sales is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • A+ player. Proven track record. 
Demonstrates a history of high performance, consistently achieving exceptional results.
  • Innovative and creative. 
Capable of thinking outside the box and bringing fresh ideas to solve complex problems.
