Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership and Target Achievement:
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales plans that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Monitor team performance against established KPIs, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and align on goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create lead-generation campaigns and drive property inquiries.
Property Acquisition & Leasing:
- Identify and secure high-value properties for sale, rent, or lease
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and agents to create a steady pipeline of properties.
- Evaluate properties for acquisition, ensuring they meet the company’s quality, market demand, and profitability criteria.
- Negotiate favorable terms for property acquisitions and lease agreements.
- Oversee the seamless integration of newly acquired properties into the company’s portfolio, ready for marketing and client onboarding.
Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that integrate property acquisition, client engagement, and team performance.
- Align acquisition activities with sales objectives to maximize revenue and portfolio utilization.
- Analyze market trends and client preferences to fine-tune sales approaches and offerings.
- Develop pricing strategies for properties, balancing market competitiveness and profitability.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales and property acquisition professionals to build a high-performing team.
- Set clear expectations and performance goals, ensuring accountability at all levels.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team capabilities and morale.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in sales or real estate are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, property acquisition, or leasing, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams.
