Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns) and convert them into paying customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase direct bookings and foster customer loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Manage customer relationships to drive repeat business and handle inquiries/complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Create and manage engaging social media content across various platforms.
- Run targeted digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales incentive programs and promotions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Experience managing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- A passion for customer service and building relationships.
