Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will develop and execute sales strategies to increase direct bookings and foster customer loyalty.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns) and convert them into paying customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase direct bookings and foster customer loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Manage customer relationships to drive repeat business and handle inquiries/complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Create and manage engaging social media content across various platforms.
  • Run targeted digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales incentive programs and promotions.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Experience managing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • A passion for customer service and building relationships.
