Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize sales campaigns.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a First Degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in real estate.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Must be proactive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in Ikoyi, Lagos, and its environs.
