Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria at Task Systems Limited. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the entire Sales Organization.

Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers across all verticals.
•
Build strong relationships with all our current and prospective key OEMs
•
business and orchestrating large deals across all OEMs.
•
Make telephone calls and make in-person visits to prospective customers.
•
Research sources for developing prospective customers and for Information to determine their potential.
•
Develops clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
•
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
•
Coordinate sales efforts with Marketing, Sales management, Accounting, Technology team, and other departments of the company.
•
Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base across the organization.
•
Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
•
Building up a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
•
Develop & implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
•
Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance with the Sales Team.
•
Analyse market trends and competitors’ activities in the Region.
•
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize the share of the wallet.
•
Provide Leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members.
•
Provide visible leadership within and outside of the Organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant certifications in Sales or Management are a plus
