Job Summary

Softhills Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our diverse product lines.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: 

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with Softhills' business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities to maintain Softhills' competitive edge.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and use insights to improve the sales process and optimize results.


Team Leadership & Development: 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to improve the team’s sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, and recognizing achievements.


Customer Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with customer service to address any customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Develop customer retention strategies and ensure that customers receive value-added solutions.


Upselling, Cross-Selling, and Down-Selling: 

  • Create and implement effective upselling, cross-selling, and down-selling strategies to maximize revenue from each customer.
  • Train the sales team on identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet customer needs.


Order Confirmation & Follow-up: 

  • Oversee the process of confirming customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and clear.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.


Collaboration & Communication: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, lead generation strategies, and product launches.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing, and timely deliveries, and address any potential issues.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.


Requirements:

  • 3 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
