Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team at a leading security system installation company in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the security systems industry.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales personnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure the consistent use of CRM software and other sales performance tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably in the security systems industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales success.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
