Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- At least 1+ years in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing a sales team.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
- Excellent team management, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.
