Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop plans to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring an efficient and effective process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that align with sales goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make data-driven sales decisions.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • At least 1+ years in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing a sales team.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent team management, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation in sales strategies.
