Big Moe Watches is a leader in the luxury watch industry, specializing in sourcing timepieces from renowned brands like Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, and Richard Mille. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and trust to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience with every purchase.

This is a full-time position for a dedicated Sales Manager. It has a fixed monthly payment, and you’ll also receive specific bonuses for achieving desired results.

The two must-have skills are being proactive and having a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:  

You’ll be responsible for answering all incoming messages within 60 seconds. This will be done through WhatsApp Business, and you'll manage client interactions with professionalism and speed.

Client Conversion:  

You will guide clients through the sales process by ensuring they reach the deposit stage and eventually complete their purchases.

CRM Management:  

You will be responsible for updating the CRM system to keep track of all client interactions, sales progress, and important notes.

Don’t be overwhelmed — the onboarding process will be long and detailed. If you read this, remember the word "mango."

We operate from 10 AM to Midnight (Dubai Time), so you'll need to be available during these hours, seven days a week. You won’t be working nonstop during this time, but you should be ready to answer leads and take care of specific tasks as they come up. Sometimes, there might be urgent tasks outside these hours, and we’d need you to handle those as well if needed.

Requirements:

- An extremely stable internet connection

- A mobile device and a laptop

- A backup internet connection and backup power supply to ensure you can answer calls and chats in any conditions

- Experience in luxury product sales is an advantage but not mandatory

This position has a three-month probation period; you’ll be fully paid during that time, but the final hiring decision will be made after the three-month period.

Payment per month: 

• $700 fixed + up to $1,000 in bonuses (after the probation period).
