Job Summary

As a Sales Manager, you will lead Dorkinah’s efforts to expand market share and achieve revenue targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and building a high-performing sales team. You’ll be at the forefront of driving Dorkinah’s growth, with a focus on both short and long-term wins.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet performance goals.
