Job Summary

As the Sales Manager at 1Techlink, he/she will be a key leader responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer and vendor base.He/she will lead the sales team and spearhead business development initiatives to achieve company objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and evaluate business growth opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our customer and vendor network. 
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively to achieve sales targets within allocated resources.
  • Optimize the utilization of available resources to drive cost-efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, vendors, and partners to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Lead efforts to acquire new customers and vendors for the mobile application, focusing on strategic segments and target markets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential strategic partners, vendors, and clients to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives
  • Responsible for growth and engagement initiatives by defining the local marketing strategy. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or marketing role
  • HND/BSc. in Marketing or a related field of study
