Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify and evaluate business growth opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our customer and vendor network.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
- Manage the sales budget effectively to achieve sales targets within allocated resources.
- Optimize the utilization of available resources to drive cost-efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the executive team and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, vendors, and partners to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
- Lead efforts to acquire new customers and vendors for the mobile application, focusing on strategic segments and target markets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential strategic partners, vendors, and clients to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives
- Responsible for growth and engagement initiatives by defining the local marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or marketing role
- HND/BSc. in Marketing or a related field of study
