Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
  • Set, track, and achieve sales targets and performance metrics.


Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to optimize their performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and results.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Oversee key client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on sales activity and outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.


Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify new markets and potential product/service offerings.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related role in a financial service, investment or banking sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
