Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and market trends, and identify sales opportunities
- Coordinate the group with sales leadership to determine sales objectives and identify customer targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales plans
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, set targets, and monitor performance
- Identify areas of improvement in sales plans and processes, and make recommendations for improvements across the board
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and product performance
- Communicate sales plans and targets to the sales team and provide support in customer relationship building
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Strategist or similar supervisory role
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Experience in setting sales strategies and customer relationship management
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or other relevant field
