Job Summary

The Group Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales efforts across DevCenter Innovation and its subsidiaries—Wallx, Blackbox, and DevRecruit. This role requires a dynamic and experienced sales leader with a proven track record in driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and establishing long-term client relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives across all subsidiaries.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and objectives.


Team Leadership and Management:

  • Grow a sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for major clients and stakeholders.


Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement effective sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives.
  • Communicate sales goals, strategies, and performance to all relevant organizational stakeholders.


Market Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities locally and globally to expand the company’s reach.
  • Develop strategies for entering new markets and establishing a strong brand presence.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing sales across multiple business units or subsidiaries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
