Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives across all subsidiaries.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and objectives.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Grow a sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Serve as a key point of contact for major clients and stakeholders.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement effective sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives.
- Communicate sales goals, strategies, and performance to all relevant organizational stakeholders.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities locally and globally to expand the company’s reach.
- Develop strategies for entering new markets and establishing a strong brand presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or IT services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Experience in managing sales across multiple business units or subsidiaries is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
