Job Summary

We are seeking result-oriented and resourceful Sales Managers to join our team in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja, Nigeria. You will be responsible for securing and building relationships with new clients and distributors, driving customer acquisition and meeting revenue growth objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop leads for potential distributors and clients within your designated territory.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proactively visit camera stores, electronics retailers, and other potential distributors to introduce our products and negotiate win-win partnerships.
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and applications of our products.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows, representing us with confidence and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing valuable insights for future strategies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably with electronics, insurance, or real estate products.
  • Record of success in exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently manage a room and engage potential clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • A go-getter attitude with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.


Benefits: NGN 200,000 - 250,000

  • Commission on exceeding targets.
  • Performance bonus
