Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inbound sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates, providing guidance and coaching.
  • Oversee and continually improve the sales process from lead management to closing deals and customer onboarding
  • Analyze sales data and trends to optimize strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with founders, marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction for new users and address any issues promptly.
  • Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
  • Provide input and feedback to optimize direct booking/e-commerce channel


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role (Required).
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams (Required).
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems, e.g., Zoho / Hubspot (Required).
  • Exposure to international customers and markets (Preferred).
  • Prior work in the Education or Tech Sectors (Preferred).
  • Experience with e-commerce and direct booking platforms (Preferred).


Other requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Undergraduate degree; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
  • Applicants must have a functioning laptop.
  • Fluency in Igbo, Yoruba, or Twi is an added advantage.


Remuneration: NGN
1.5 million and above salary plus performance-based bonuses
