We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically within the beauty or personal care industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth while building and maintaining key client relationships. We need someone who goes out and source for wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence. Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve high performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Client Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, including retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, address client needs, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to inform sales strategies. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in the beauty sector.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and market share. Develop actionable insights and strategies to improve sales outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure top-notch customer service and support. Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong client relationships and uphold the company’s reputation for quality.
- Sales Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Ensure that all team members are equipped to effectively represent the company and its products.
