Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Associate will be responsible to receive and manage order deliveries and liaise with customers ensuring satisfactory feedback.
- Must be very well spoken and have strong communication skills - this is a must as you will interact with customers always.
- The Associate will monitor product inventory are closely monitored before and after every sale to ensure excellent operations from store to customer.
- The Associate is expected to assist with creative and written content to boost sales on days where orders are not being attended to.
- Must be willing to learn on the job and swift with responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification: Degree
- 2-5 years of working experience
- Must have a genuine passion for administrative and customer service
