As the Sales/Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for our energy company. This role will involve developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers while maintaining a strong brand presence in the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and customer needs.
-Develop sales plans and quotas for the sales team.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
-Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to promote our energy products and services.
-Negotiate and close sales deals.
-Implement customer retention strategies to maintain existing customer relationships.
-Provide excellent customer service and support.
-Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
-Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
-Manage the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
-Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
-Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
-Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
-Monitor and track sales performance.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
-Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
-Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the energy industry.
-Strong understanding of the energy industry and its market dynamics.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
-Proficiency in sales and marketing software tools.
-Experience in renewable energy or energy efficiency.
-Knowledge of energy regulations and policies.
-Experience in digital marketing and social media.
