JOB SUMMARY
We seek a high-performing Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts to new heights by keeping our company competitive and innovative. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales performance, maximizing our sales team's potential, and driving revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base to achieve sales targets and ensure its strong presence.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners and understand their needs.
- Track and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and quotas to ensure accurate reporting and accountability.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement sales processes and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote the company’s products and services.
- Present expense, revenue, and sales reports to the management team.
- Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills
- 3-5 years of sales management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends translating insights into actionable strategies.
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to drive sales growth.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
