Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, oversee the entire sales process, and lead integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Management: Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategy: Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to promote products and services. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to
- optimize ROI. Forecast sales and analyze financial performance against set targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Use research insights to inform product development and refine marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management. Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Enhance the brand through targeted marketing initiatives and community engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate with external partners and vendors on marketing initiatives.
- Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and services. Develop strategies to boost customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analysis.
- Experience in budget management and delivering ROI-focused campaigns.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and customer behavior analysis.
