Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Build, train, and manage a sales team of 50–100 members within 3 months. Set and achieve sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure maximum productivity.
  • Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to drive engagement and sales pipeline growth.
  • Agency Coordination: Collaborate with external marketing and PR agencies to align campaigns with brand objectives.
  • Content Development: Work with internal teams to create compelling content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Digital Presence: Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, including social media and website platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and potential for growth.
  • Event Management: Organize events and promotions to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Team Development: Provide regular training and meetings to advance the team’s product knowledge, sales, and negotiation skills.
