- Sales Leadership: Build, train, and manage a sales team of 50–100 members within 3 months. Set and achieve sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure maximum productivity.
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to drive engagement and sales pipeline growth.
- Agency Coordination: Collaborate with external marketing and PR agencies to align campaigns with brand objectives.
