Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure maximum productivity.
- Build, train, and manage a sales team of 50–100 members within 3 months.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to drive engagement and sales pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with external marketing and PR agencies to align campaigns with brand objectives.
- Work with internal teams to create compelling content that aligns with brand standards.
- Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, including social media and website platforms.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and potential for growth.
- Organize events and promotions to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Provide regular training and meetings to advance the team’s product knowledge, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, realtors, and collaborators to enhance business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years experience in real estate, mortgage banking, or insurance sales/marketing.
- Proven leadership and team management experience (minimum of 2–5 years).
- Strong knowledge of Lagos’ real estate market, pricing, and regulations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Must be Proactive
- Ability to motivate teams and meet targets.
