Job Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a role in effectively and efficiently marketing the company's products as well as actively map out possible marketing strategies to meet the right audiences. You will also collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and often play a key role in pitching products or services to potential clients. The sales and Market representative must have extensive experience in Hair lacing, Installation, and product sales.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market the company products and monitor their acceptance.
- Team bond with other team groups to brainstorm and execute strategies.
- Ensure marketing processes run smoothly by managing all administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in the development of promotional strategies and product sales enhancement.
- Maintain and track project leads as well as competition in the environment.
- Work towards a monthly and annual target.
- Compilation and updating list of potential leads and development of penetration strategy.
- Act as a liaison between the company and existing customers and potential customers.
- Ensure the condition of products are perfectly packed before dispatching for delivery.
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing and related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience in the beauty space ( salon ).
- Experience in the beauty space is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong ethnic and sound knowledge of sales strategy
- Strong negotiation and consulting sales skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications
