Job Summary

We are looking to hire a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and supporting the overall growth of the company.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to meet or exceed set sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor product/service offerings to meet their needs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing communication, follow-ups, and support.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
  • Present products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Engage in negotiations and handle objections to secure deals and close sales.
  • Provide accurate sales quotations and proposals to clients based on their needs.

Sales Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using the CRM system.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, forecast future sales, and track progress toward targets.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to align strategies and achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales processes and performance.

Market Research & Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company’s offerings.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to stay connected and build relationships.



Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, ideally within consulting, training, course sales, or retreat services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
