Responsibilities:
As a Sales Officer, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions related to our programs and services.
- Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leads generated from various sources, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Consultation: Conduct consultations via phone, Zoom, or in-person meetings to advise clients on the best options available to them.
- Documentation: Assist clients in the preparation and submission of necessary documents for citizenship and residency applications
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, changes in immigration laws, and real estate market conditions to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of client transactions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, deals closed, and follow-ups using the company’s CRM system.
- Professional Development: Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through training and development programs offered by the company.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
