Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.

Present property features and benefits to potential buyers and provide expert advice on the real estate market.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support promotional events, property launches, and sales campaigns.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales team.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of a year experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or banking sector.
