Sales Officer – Vida (by Veend)

? About the Role

At Veend, we believe credit is a basic necessity that drives prosperity. We’ve built Vida—an AI-powered credit profile platform—to make credit and BNPL accessible to everyone.

Now, we’re hiring a Sales Officer to take Vida to market by building a distribution network, signing

up merchants, lenders, institutions, and organizations that will embed Vida into their workflows.

If you have experience in FMCG, payments, or transactional banking, and know how to close

strategic partnerships, we want to hear from you.

? Key Responsibilities

• Distribution Growth: Drive Vida’s reach by creating and expanding a distribution network through key partnerships (banks, lenders, merchants, cooperatives, NGOs, etc.).
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and close collaborations with high-impact organizations that can embed Vida in their onboarding or product workflows.
• Sales Execution: Own the sales pipeline—conduct demos, lead negotiations, and close high-value, recurring deals.
• Market Research & Positioning: Analyze trends, map the competitive landscape, and identify high-potential segments for growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, conversion rates, and sales targets; use data to improve execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to shape growth strategy and partner experiences.
• Representation & Evangelism: Represent Veend and Vida at industry events and conferences to attract partners and build brand credibility.

✅ Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Experience in FMCG, Payments, or E-Business / Transactional Banking at a financial institution is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and adapt strategy.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
