Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Verify phone details (models, merchant names, phone numbers, BD codes) through critical scanning.
- Manage exchange, returns, and refund processes according to company policies.
- Hand over documentation to finance personnel for accounting purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in sales operations, inventory management, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory management software).
- Proximity to Ikeja
Desirable Qualifications:
- Telecommunications industry experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management software.
