Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting government agencies, private sector organizations, and NGOs
- Generate and nurture leads through networking events, campaigns, and direct outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Execute onboarding and training sessions for new clients
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system and generate regular performance reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with product and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance
- Support market expansion initiatives and partnership development
- Complete required training programs to enhance sales capabilities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or similar role
- Experience selling to government agencies, NGOS or private sector organizations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise software
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales operations tools
- Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with government procurement processes is an advantage
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation systems is a plus
