Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Promote and sell Jofez Agro’s products to customers, including sub-distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to management on market and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as a salesperson or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
