Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Present and promote products or services to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of Sales Experience is a Must
- Applicant should have marketing topics every first day of the week
- Applicant must be able to bring marketing strategies for the company
- Applicant must be knowledgeable in Real Estate
- Applicant must have a good idea on field work
