We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling School Management Systems (SMS) or EdTech solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential school clients, demonstrating the benefits of our software, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the education technology sector.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage schools, educational institutions, and stakeholders to promote our School Management System.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for school administrators, proprietors, and decision-makers.
  • Understand the specific needs of schools and recommend suitable solutions from our product suite.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent post-sales support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and advancements in School Management Systems.
  • Work with the technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales of School Management Systems, EdTech solutions, or software for schools.
  • Strong understanding of school operations, student management, and administrative needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales in the education sector.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
