Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls and referrals.
- Input customers details in the CRM before processing transactions.
- Reach out to customer both active and inactive customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets within set timelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Actively promote the company’s services and value propositions to increase brand awareness.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Resolve client complaints or issues promptly, escalating to the Sales Manager when necessary.
- Perform other Customer service duties and other duties assigned to you by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment.

Remuneration: NGN 120,000
