Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure bookings for events, retreats, vacations, and tours.
- Pitch the farm resort’s packages to individuals, groups, and organizations.
- Follow up on leads and convert to paying clients.
- Represent the resort at trade fairs, exhibitions, and sales events.
- Provide detailed client reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Contribute to the Improvement of a sales strategy based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of sales experience (experience in hospitality is an added advantage).
- Must be target-driven, persuasive, and confident.
- Ability to travel and manage both field and online sales.
